Swicorp distributes 4.3% cash dividend for Swicorp Wabel REIT unit holders on May 12

Swicorp announced that the cash dividend at SAR 0.43 per unit, or 4.3% initial price per unit was distributed on May 12, 2020, to Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund unit holders for the period starting Jan. 1, 2019 to Dec. 2019.

The fund manager said in a bourse statement that the unitholders who did not receive their payments yet, to visit their nearest Riyad Bank across Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile, unitholders should also update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly, the statement added.

According to data compiled by Argaam, in April, Swicorp announced the distribution of cash dividend to Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund unit holders for the period starting Jan. 1, 2019 to Dec. 2019, at SAR 0.43 per unit, or 4.3% initial price per unit.
