Arabian Pipes shareholders to vote on amending articles of association on Oct. 26

Shareholders of Arabian Pipes Co. will vote on amending the articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Oct. 26, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

Shareholders will discuss amending Articles 3 and 4 on the company’s objectives, acquisition and partnership, Article 6 on the company’s term and Article 13 on share buyback.

They will also vote on amending Articles 15 and 16 on capital increase and reduction, respectively.

Other amendments will cover the board remuneration and authorities, general assembly attendance, external auditor appointment, dividend distribution and the company termination.

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of Thursday, Oct. 22.
