MIS appoints members for new investment and development committee

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors approved on March 31, 2021, to appoint new members of the investment and development committee, based on the recommendations from the nominations and remuneration committee.

The new members are Ziad Mortaja, Dr. Mohammed Al Jumah, Durga Prasad, Samer AlKharrat, and Mohammed AlShahri.

The selection of the members of the committee was considered based on several determinants, including specialized scientific capabilities, practical experiences, multiculturalism, and the achievements they have accomplished in their practical career in the fields of investment and development.

The term of the committee will be three years, beginning with the company's board session, or the date on which it is formed, and ending once the session ends or with the issuance of a decision by the board to end its work or merge it into any other committee.
