Knowledge Tower issues prospectus for 20% IPO on Nomu

Knowledge Tower Trading Co. issued today, Sept. 27, the prospectus to list 350,000 shares on Nomu-Parallel Market.

This constitutes 20% of Knowledge Tower’s SAR 17.5 million share capital, which is divided into 1.75 million shares.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Sept. 12, the application received from the company to register and list 350,000 shares, representing 20% of its share capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market.

The offering period for qualified investors will run from Oct. 30 to Nov. 3.

The company's activities are represented in the wholesale of stationery and office supplies, besides the retail sale of stationery, newspapers and magazines. This is in addition to publishing paper books, dictionaries, atlases and maps, including importing and producing written, drawn or illustrated intellectual products.
