Sure to begin trading on Nomu today

Sure Global Tech Co. will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market today, Oct. 24, with the symbol 9550 and ISIN Code SA15L134L718.

Shares will trade at a daily price fluctuation of +/- 30% and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits.

On June 30, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the registration request received from Sure Global Tech Co. for direct listing on Nomu.

On Sept. 25, the company announced the registration document for direct listing on the parallel market and set the price guidance for its shares at SAR 70 each.

The listing is the 27th on Nomu in 2022, including 12 direct listings and 15 offerings to qualified investors.

The listing is also the market’s first in terms of liquidity requirements.
