Balady Poultry sets price guidance for direct listing on Nomu

On Dec. 28, 2022, the poultry producer received approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for its registration for direct listing on Nomu, Argaam earlier reported.

The company’s capital stands at SAR 65.7 million, divided into 6.57 million shares.

Balady Poultry is a closed joint stock company. It was founded as a limited liability company in 2007 in Khamis Mushait.

The company operates slaughterhouses (slaughter and processing of poultry, rabbit and chicken). It produces all kinds of fresh poultry meat, frozen and chilled meat, as well as poultry feed.
