Elm, SAR sign agreement for connectivity, integration services with Haramain Train

Elm Co., a digital solutions provider, signed an agreement with Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) to provide connectivity and integration services with the Haramain high-speed rail systems, according to a statement.

The agreement was inked on the sidelines of the LEAP 2023 tech conference.

The deal aims to provide direct electronic link services between the Haramain Train systems and the systems of the Hajj and Umrah Information Center, to make train tickets available to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.

Furthermore, the strategic pact will lead to a quantum leap in the services provided to Hajj and Umrah performers, as it will allow technical integration between the systems of the Hajj and Umrah Information Center and the Haramain train systems.

SAR is also working on a number of initiatives that will contribute to raising the operational efficiency of rail transport services, and providing services to customers by adopting the latest technologies to achieve the goals of Vision 2030 in transforming the Kingdom into a logistics platform linking the three continents.
