Mayar Holding issues registration document for direct listing on Nomu

Mayar Holding Co. issued today, March 20, the registration document for the direct listing of its shares on Nomu-Parallel Market.

The price guidance for listing was set at SAR 70 per share.

On March 13, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company’s request to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu.

Mayar Holding was established in December 2013 in Riyadh. The company's current capital is SAR 60 million, divided into six million shares.

The company's activity involves managing subsidiaries or co-managing other companies in which it owns shares. It provides the necessary support, invests money in shares and other securities, as well as owns real estate and movables needed for carrying out its activities.

The company's activities include owning industrial property rights such as patents, trademarks, industry, franchise rights, and other intangible rights, as well as exploiting and leasing them to its subsidiaries or others.

Specialized construction activities include installation, repair and maintenance of elevators, escalators, conveyors, and supply of electrical instruments.
