Environment Minister launches Arasco poultry project expansion

Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Abdulrahman Al-Fadhli, inaugurated the expansion of ARASCO Foods' (Entaj) poultry project expansion.

 

In a statement, the company said Entaj's production capacity after expansion will reach 185 million chicken and 200 million chicks annually. In addition, the company undertakes 1,000 daily quality checks in hatcheries, farms, and plant.

 

ARASCO targets a daily production capacity of 1.2 million birds in the future, the statement noted.

 

Entaj plans to list its shares on the Saudi exchange, to boost its foothold in the national and regional markets.

 

Entaj, the brand of ARASCO Food since 2004, is one of the most prominent poultry producers in the Kingdom.
