KAEC renews land, industrial logistic loan agreement with SIDF

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) announced today the renewal of a land and industrial logistic loan agreement with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF).

This agreement aims to support the logistic and industrial sectors in KAEC's Industrial Valley, meet the needs of investors in the approved sectors, facilitate procedures for obtaining support, and promote investment in the Industrial Valley.

In October 2021, Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECZA) signed tripartite cooperation agreement with SIDF and the Emaar the Economic City to activate the industrial and logistic integration initiative, as a continuation of the development of the Land and Loan Program with the aim of attracting qualitative investments for the logistics sector.
