2P inks SAR 44.7 mln operation contract for Makkah notification, relay system

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a contract worth SAR 44.7 million (VAT inclusive) for the operation and maintenance of the notification reception and relay system (CAD) at Makkah's Unified Security Operations Center (911).

The project aims to provide operation and maintenance services for computer hardware, accessories, and peripherals; servers; backup systems; local and wide area network devices and components; and infrastructure devices and systems, according to a statement to Tadawul.

It also covers operating systems, geographic applications, applications for receiving and analyzing security reports, security monitoring, recording, and storage systems, databases, as well as telephone devices and systems (IP and IP PBX), voice transmission port networks, and voice data recording systems, the statement added.

The contract, signed on Oct. 5, runs for 36 months and is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial results in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.

All necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on Oct. 6, 2023. There are no related parties, according to the company.
