Alhokair Group launches investor relations page, app on Argaam

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) teamed up with the technical team at Argaam to launch an interactive investor relations (IR) page, in addition to an IR mobile application on iOS and Android smartphones.

The new page and app will keep investors up to date on all information and financial statements of the Group and its business.

Sami Alhokair Managing Director and Acting CEO of Alhokair Group underlined the importance of this move, which extends the group’s efforts to enhance governance and transparency and strengthens investor confidence in the group’s performance through the various technologies deployed by Argaam.

The Group is committed to providing various financial ratios via the new IR app to fulfill investor aspirations, in integration with Argaam’s state-of-the-art analytical tools and technology. These include the Group’s news, announcements, and other corporate disclosures on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Alhokair added.

Accordingly, investors will be able to view all analysis reports on the Group’s performance, its latest financial statements, stock movement charts and financial statements.

The current and interested shareholders can also view the Group’s annual reports, which give full details about its activities.

The latest update of the page is provided in English to facilitate access to the Group's data and latest developments.
