Edarat signs SAR 2M contract with Oil Sustainability Program

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. signed on Oct. 27 a contract worth SAR 2 million, inclusive of VAT, with Oil Sustainability Program, to provide cloud services, according to a filing to Tadawul.

This contract comes in line with the policies of the National Cybersecurity Authority and the standards of the Digital Government. It aims to provide the program cloud services, e-mail, file sharing, and managed security services.

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial statements for 2023 and 2024.

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on Dec. 4, the company said.

According to data available with Argaam, the contract was awarded to the company on Oct. 22, 2023.
