Al Ashghal Al Moysra issues prospectus to float 480,000 shares on Nomu

Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. issued today, June 2, the prospectus to register and offer 480,000 shares, or 20% of capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market.

In March, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company's application to float its shares on Nomu.

The share sale will run for seven working days from July 7-15. It will be limited to qualified investors stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in the CMA’s rules and regulations.

The company's actual activity is represented in providing three key services: Maintenance, cleaning, and facility management and operation; provision of logistic and transport services Kingdom-wide; and carrying out some contracting work, namely construction, building and restoration of buildings.

Al Ashghal Al Moysra was established in 2013 in Sakaka, Al-Jouf, as a sole proprietorship. It was then converted into a closed joint-stock company.
