Kingdom Holding reappoints Prince Al Waleed bin Talal as Chairman

Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) announced the results of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 24, where the company’s board of directors was elected for the new three-year term, from June 5, 2024, till June 4, 2027.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Prince Alwaleed bin Talal was reelected as Chairman, and Lama Al-Sulaiman was also reappointed as Deputy Chair.
 
 
Additionally, several committees were formed for the upcoming term, namely the nominations and remuneration committee, the audit committee, and the investment committee.
Furthermore, a secretary to the board of directors was appointed, along with representatives of Kingdom Holding to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
