Tharwah to debut on Nomu on Aug. 27

Tharwah HR Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Aug. 27, under the symbol 9606 and ISIN code SA16402KM313.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) revealed today, Aug. 25.

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing Tharwah's subscribed shares into the accounts of eligible shareholders today.

 

The company recently floated 705,700 ordinary shares, representing 15% of its post-IPO capital, Argaam’s data showed.

 

The IPO, the offer price for which was set at SAR 62 per share, ran from Aug. 4-11. It was 107.9% covered.
