Multi Business Group Co. won a framework agreement with Riyadh Holding Co. to implement contracting works at the sites and projects in the Riyadh region for three years.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the final value of the agreement depends on the estimation of the projects and services to be executed through separate purchase orders.

According to the company, the agreement includes contracting works, such as construction, architectural and fit-out works, as well as electrical and mechanical engineering. There are no related parties to the agreement.
